That is what can make loss feel so disorienting. It is not only the absence of someone or something important. It can also feel like a shift in your inner world — in how you think, feel, function and move through life.

For some, grief feels heavy and overwhelming. For others, it feels strangely distant, muted or unreal. Both are valid. Both are part of how loss can be experienced.

Inner Journey Hypnotherapy offers a calm and confidential space to support you through the inner impact of loss — not by forcing grief away, but by helping you move through it with more steadiness, care and emotional support.
